One of the reasons I started to formulate my own products was to reduce plastic waste. I want to continue my commitment to sustainability and reducing waste with a recycling/refill program. You can return your empty containers to me and recieve $5 off your next purchase!
How it Works:
1. Return Options:
Choose the most convenient way to return your empty demulcereTM containers:
- Drop-Off/Refill in Toronto, ON
If you're in Toronto, you can bring your empties to the Kensington Market area weekdays 9AM-3PM. Just email danielle@demulcere.com to arrange a time and to get further instructions.
- Mail-In Program
If you're not in the Toronto area, you can mail your empties. Simply collect at least 6 empty containers. Email danielle@demulcere.com to request a free shipping label.
2. Getting Your Credit
- Drop-Off/Refill in Toronto, ON
If you want a new product at the time of drop off, just let me know in the email and your $5 credit will be applied at the time of the exchange (only cash or e-transfer will be accepted at this time). If you're not purchasing a new product yet, your $5 credit will be emailed to you after receiving the empty container.
- Mail-In Program
Once we receive and verify your containers, your $5 credit will be emailed to you.
