***Once the courier receives your package, demulcereTM is NOT responsible for delays in shipping ***
Please ensure that you correctly enter your shipping address at checkout as we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses.
Shipping Destinations and Order Processing Timelines
We currently ship our products through Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario Canada within 1-10 business days. From there, shipping speed will depend on your location in relation to ours, the service chosen at checkout, and current conditions with Canada Post. Upgraded shipping is available and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Orders
If you’re located outside of Canada and would like to place an order, please email me at danielle@demulcere.com and I’m happy to create a custom draft order.
*Please note that international orders are subject to shipping costs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. I do my best to accommodate when possible 🤍
Shipping Options
📦 FREE Tracked Shipping on Orders $60+
Orders totaling $60 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free tracked and insured shipping within Canada.
Tracked shipping includes up to $100 liability coverage for loss or damage and a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
If you need your order faster, you can also select Express shipping at checkout for an additional cost.
FREE LOCAL Pick up in Kensington Market area in Toronto, ON
Enter Code “KENSINGTONPICKUP” at checkout. You will be emailed instructions on when and where to pick up your items.
Package Protection
Navidium is a package protection that we offer on all of our online orders. For a small fee, you will be able to have peace-of-mind when it comes to the care of your products. Should there be any issues with your order, we will be able to replace it at no cost to you!
