All orders are made to order for optimal freshness! Orders placed during the week will be processed and sent out for the following Monday (or Tuesday if it's a holiday), so they can be shipped to you with minimal interruption. You will be notified once your order is ready to ship or be picked up.
Currently we are only shipping within Canada. Enjoy FREE Canada Post Lettermail shipping with your Sample purchase. Please note: Lettermail shipping does NOT include tracking or insurance, if you would like that option, you can purchase the calculated shipping option at checkout. Or you can add a Serum or Souffle to your order and get FREE tracked and insured shipping.
There is a free pick up option in the Kensington Market area in Toronto, ON. Pick up is available weekdays 9AM-3PM at 60 Leonard Avenue. Details will be provided once your order is ready to be picked up.
